Our client is a strategy and behavioural insight consultancy that helps global brands like HSBC, Danone and Shell decode human decision-making.

Rooted in the work of Daniel Kahneman, their frameworks uncover the subconscious motivations behind consumer behaviour… and translate them into growth strategies.

Now, they’re entering a new chapter: transforming their consultancy IP into automated insight products. Think dashboards that don’t just show what people do… but why.

With backing from board advisors like the CMO of Boots and ex-CEO of John Lewis Partnership, they’re on a mission to redefine how behavioural data powers marketing and media decisions.

📅 The Day-to-Day

You’ll be the bridge between consulting and product, shaping the roadmap for automated ad testing, retail media analytics, and behavioural tracking tools.

Expect to:

Turn behavioural models into scalable data products.
Define product vision and oversee prototypes and MVPs.
Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and client teams.
Ensure outputs are intuitive, actionable, and commercially powerful.
Work directly with major brands like Shell and HSBC.

👀 The Ideal Candidate

You’re a strategic product thinker with commercial instincts and empathy for clients.

You thrive where psychology meets data, and you can turn a spark of behavioural insight into a tangible product that clients love.

7–10 years’ experience in product, insight, or data strategy.
Comfortable bridging tech, data, and business needs.
Structured, proactive, and curious… with a growth mindset.
